Setup and data for the coupled and uncoupled ocean-ice-atmosphere simulations ROAM-NBS and NEMO-NBS

DescriptionSupplementary material (setup and forcing data) for the reanalysis-driven evaluation simulations for the Baltic and North Seas (NBS) with a regional coupled ocean–atmosphere model (ROAM-NBS) and the uncoupled ocean model (NEMO-NBS).SetupTo set up and run initial time steps of the experiments (7 days for the coupled simulation and 1month for the ocean only), we provide the configuration files, the initial, static and boundary data, which were used to conduct the experiments: - the tar-file ROAM-NBS_setup_and_data.tar.gz contains the setup and data for the coupled experiment. Run scripts are provided at https://github.com/vmaurerDWD/ROAM_EVAL_CPL .- the file NEMO-NBS_setup_and_data.tar.gz contains the data and set-up for the ocean only experiment.Both setups were tested on the HPC of Deutscher Wetterdienst but can be adapted to other HPCs.
