Wyoming range maps for terrestrial vertebrates by hexagon

Used a model input to the Wyoming Gap Analysis predicted vertebrate species distribution, (other inputs include habitat and elevation). This information is also useful in the respect that these distributions are coded by their probability of occurrence: from Confirmed (>95% probability), Predicted (>80%), Possible (10-89%), Historical, Historical Excluded, Questionable, and Excluded. This is information added by 60 expert reviewers that was not even able in the original location record databases. This dataset contains the range (distribution) of 445 terrestrial vertebrate species in Wyoming, created by extrapolating point locality records to hexagon units, each 635 square kilometers in size. There are 438 hexagons covering the extent of Wyoming.
