STORM-FEST NWS WSR-57 Digital Data. Version 1.0

NWS WSR-57 radars at St. Louis and Grand Island were interfaced with digitizers. The digitized PPI and volume scan reflectivity data were recorded. Recorders were activated at the request of STORM-FEST. One data tape was available for each station, containing all the data collected at the station during STORM-FEST. The tapes have now been digitzed and their contents are available for online data orders.

美国国家气象局（National Weather Service, NWS）部署于圣路易斯与格兰德艾兰的WSR-57型天气监视雷达已与数字化仪完成对接。经数字化处理的平面位置显示器（Plan Position Indicator, PPI）扫描与体积扫描反射率数据均被留存记录。记录仪应STORM-FEST项目的需求启动运行。每个观测站均配备一盘数据磁带，存储了该站在STORM-FEST项目期间采集的全部观测数据。目前这批磁带已完成数字化处理，其数据内容可通过在线数据订购服务获取。
