In patient-derived xenograft (PDX) mouse, ANKL cells actively proliferate in liver, compared with spleen. We use single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of ANKL cells in liver and spleen Overall design: Human-CD45+ ANKL cells were isolated from liver and spleen of ANKL-PDX mice by magnetic cell sorting (MACS), and analyzed using scRNAseq.
