prognosis associated genes in Chinese HBV-associated HCC

Primary hepatocellular carcinoma is the third leading cause of death worldwide. Chronic HBV-infected injury is a probable risk factor contributing to high morbidity and mortality of HCC in China. Our study aimed to understand the genetic landscape and investigate the diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers of HBV-infected HCC patients.We collected a discovery cohort of 36 Chinese HBV-infected HCC samples for WES to get the genetic landscape.
