Social report - Promotions of grade following professional examination (details)

This dataset lists by year the number of incumbent men and women who have been promoted to grade following successful completion of a professional examination. Promotion has the effect of transferring an official to a higher grade. This promotion can be made by promotion ** of your choice** or by promotion ** following a professional examination**. The variable **Filière** appears in 2016. The social report of the Parisian community provides, each year, quantitative but also qualitative information on the human resources of the City of Paris. It traces the evolution of the main human resources policy indicators, including staffing, pay, health and safety, careers and training, working conditions and social relations. In anticipation, the ‘Bilan Social’ datasets integrated the [merger of local authorities] (https://www.paris.fr/actualites/paris-fusion-de-la-ville-et-du-conseil-departemental-6373) relating to [Order No 2018-74](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000036585048&dateTexte=&categorieLien=id) from 2018. The code _City of Paris_ therefore replaces the codes _Commune_ and _Department_ in the Collectivity column from 2018.
