Tide Gauge Records 1996-1997, Stillwell Hills, Australian Antarctic Territory

Tides were measured using a portable pressure transducer secured just below low water line. A 30 day record was obtained.
Numerous manual water level measurements were made to connect the tide gauge to the local benchmark.
From these observations a local mean sea level was obtained.

Beaver Lake and the Stillwell Hills

In Dec 1996 - Jan 1997 a temporary pressure type tide gauge was deployed at Beaver Lake and the Stillwell Hills in open water.
Timed water level measurements were made over this period.
From these data a value for MSL was found for Beaver Lake and the Stillwell Hills.

采用固定于低潮线下方的便携式压力传感器（portable pressure transducer）开展潮汐观测，获取了为期30天的连续记录。
开展多组人工水位测量，以将该潮位计（tide gauge）与本地水准基点进行联测校准。
基于上述观测数据，计算得到该区域的本地平均海平面（mean sea level, MSL）。

比弗湖（Beaver Lake）与斯迪尔韦尔丘陵（Stillwell Hills）

1996年12月至1997年1月期间，在比弗湖与斯迪尔韦尔丘陵的开阔水域布设了一台临时压力式潮位计。
在此期间开展了定时水位观测。
基于上述观测数据，求得比弗湖与斯迪尔韦尔丘陵区域的平均海平面（MSL）数值。
