Supplementary Data: Morphology and Biomechanics in Primate SCI Models

This dataset contains supporting material for the study titled “Effect of Morphology on the Biomechanics of Contusion Models of Non-Human Primate Spinal Cord Injury.” S1_Dataset.xlsx includes subject-specific morphological parameters used in the finite element simulations and resulting biomechanics. S2_VariabilityStudyCode.py contains code used for analyzing the influence of morphological variability. This code needs to be run on Abaqus CAE.
