Clinical characteristics of 44 subjects with type 1 and type 2 diabetes.

Data are mean±SD or median[IQR] unless otherwise stated. P-value indicates level of significance between type 1 and type 2 diabetes subjects. Differences were assessed using the χ2 test for categorical variables, the Student’s t-test for normally distributed variables, and the Wilcoxon rank-sum test for non-normally distributed variables.
