Sheep genome variants V2 unfiltered

Unfiltered variants from 935 sheep genomes\nLineage: Sequences from 935 sheep samples were mapped to the Ovis aries genome version 3.1. Variants were called using both GATK and Samtools piplelines independently. The output from each pipleline was merged to produce a single set of combined nucleotide variants.
