Comparative Analysis of Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) in <i>Salmonella</i> Enteritidis Isolates from Index Cases and Environmental Samples.

This table presents genomic characteristics of Salmonella Enteritidis isolates recovered from an index case (a sick child) during acute illness and follow-up periods, alongside isolates from environmental samples.
