资源简介:
To systematically investigate the molecular mechanisms related to mitochondrial function in intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH), this study obtained three ICH-related high-throughput expression datasets from the NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database:
GSE24265: This dataset includes brain tissue samples from 4 deceased ICH patients, comprising perihematomal tissue (PH), contralateral white matter (CW), and contralateral gray matter (CG). Expression profiling was performed using microarray technology, with a total of 12 samples analyzed. The study aimed to reveal gene expression changes and related biological pathways in brain tissue following ICH.
GSE125512: This dataset employed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) to analyze gene expression changes in the peripheral blood of 11 ICH patients within 24 hours and 72 hours after onset. A total of 16,640 genes were detected, with a focus on ICH-induced inflammatory pathways and immune response activation.
GSE43618: This dataset utilized the Agilent Human miRNA Microarray platform to profile miRNA expression in the plasma of ICH patients, ischemic stroke patients, and healthy controls. It included 6 sample pools (grouped by gender), aiming to identify ICH-specific inflammation-related circulating miRNA biomarkers.
