Here, we provide the files used to generate the chromosome painting ribbon plots for the manuscript "ntSynt-viz: Visualizing synteny patterns across multiple genomes". For each file (human or hoverfly tar.gz), there are sub-folders with the input files for running ntSynt-viz and the comparator tool NGenomeSyn.
