Cell type-specific RNA-seq to profile transcriptional changes in sorted BLA projection neurons during conditioned taste aversion learning

In order to identify specific transcripts that might be necessary for CTA learning within the BLA, we used cell type-specific RNA-seq to profile transcriptional changes in sorted BLA projection neurons 4 hours following training. Overall design: RNA sequencing was performed on neurons harvested from mice undergoing CTA and from taste-only controls (n=4/group) 4 hours following training.
