Feature-Weighted Canonical Correlation Analysis for Spatial fMRI: Supplementary Reproducibility

This repository provides the supplementary reproducibility package for the manuscript"Feature-Weighted Canonical Correlation Analysis for Spatial fMRI". The package contains MATLAB code and analysis pipelines required to reproduce allFWCCA-related results reported in the paper, including the tables and figuresbased on task-based and resting-state fMRI analyses. Two independent public fMRI datasets are used in the study:(1) OpenNeuro ds000171 (emotional music task fMRI),(2) OpenNeuro ds005747 (7T resting-state fMRI, DMN analysis). All real datasets are publicly available from the OpenNeuro repository and areaccessed via their original dataset identifiers.
