7 种不同臂长和活性反应基团的可富集型交联剂

为了在细胞原位环境下实现蛋白质复合物构象和相互作用的原位化学交联捕获，本项目研制了7 种不同臂长和活性反应基团的可富集型交联剂。上述交联剂均经过核磁和质谱表征，数据集包括交联剂的分子结构、核磁、质谱表征数据。

To enable in situ chemical cross-linking capture of protein complex conformations and interactions within the native cellular environment, this project developed 7 types of enrichable cross-linkers with distinct arm lengths and reactive functional groups. All aforementioned cross-linkers were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and mass spectrometry (MS). The dataset contains the molecular structures, NMR and MS characterization data of these cross-linkers.
