This dataset contains16S-rRNA gene sequences from a 30-day quantitative Stable Isotope Probing (qSIP) field assay in moist acidic tundra within the Arctic LTER experimental array at Toolik FIeld Station, Alaska, USA. Soil bacterial growth rates were compared in short-term warming (3 months), and long-term warming (29 years), and unwarmed controls. 18O-water was added to soils in July 2018.
