In vitro study of role of Sigma B in pathogenesis of Avian Reovirus

Using microarray technology, we aim to identify in vitro host gene expression for understanding the crosstalk of signaling pathways that leads to the joint pathogenesis in Avian orthoreovirus infection. Chicken Embryo Fibroblast cells were collected after 48hr of Avian Reovirus infection and sigma B (σB) transfection to identify the global gene expression changes vis - a - vis the control in the host.
