State Secrets Cases

This is a database of United States court cases involving the state secrets doctrine. It is a modification and expansion of the State Secrets Archive, produced by the Center of National Security and the Law at the Georgetown University Law Center (http://apps.law.georgetown.edu/state-secrets-archive/). I conducted additional research to fix errors, update cases, add new ones, and eliminate duplicates from the original data set to make it usable in statistical analysis.本数据集为涉及国家保密原则（state secrets doctrine）的美国法院判例数据库。其基于乔治城大学法学院国家安全与法律研究中心（Center of National Security and the Law at the Georgetown University Law Center）制作的《国家保密档案》（State Secrets Archive）进行修改与扩充，原始档案的访问网址为http://apps.law.georgetown.edu/state-secrets-archive/。本人通过补充研究修正了原始数据集的错误、更新既有判例、新增案例并去除重复条目，使其可适用于统计分析工作。
