These are copies of weekly returns sent to the Colonial Secretary of prisoners transported elsewhere from the Phoenix showing: Hulk annual number, standing number, name, ship and year of arrival, original conviction (where, when, offence, sentence), colonial conviction (by whom, where, when, offence, sentence), decision of the Governor, where sent to or pardoned, and when forwarded.
