AID is a large-scale dataset for aerial scene classification, aiming to advance the state-of-the-art in remote sensing image scene classification. It has collected and annotated over 10,000 aerial scene images, and provides performance analyses of typical aerial scene classification methods and deep learning methods as the baseline results for this benchmark.
