Aggregated Survey Data

Raw data and materials supporting the results or analyses in this collection<b>Surveys</b>: A preliminary survey was developed to ensure that the workshop’s learning outcomes aligned with participants’ needs. A voluntary, anonymous, preliminary survey using a 5-point Likert scale was conducted prior to the start of the workshop. It included questions on the frequency of participants’ practical interactions with researchers (never, rarely, sometimes, often, very often), their perceived inclusion in scientific discussions and decision-making (not at all, slightly, somewhat, mostly, fully), and their confidence in creating and presenting a scientific poster (strongly disagree, somewhat disagree, neutral, somewhat agree, agree). Participants also provided information about their professional level (junior AT, mid-level AT, senior AT, or manager). Survey responses were collected in two different formats across the two workshops. In one workshop, responses were gathered electronically via Microsoft Forms alongside facilitated discussion, while in the other workshop, responses were collected using Post-it notes placed on poster easels, again accompanied by group discussion.At the end of each workshop, the group feedback discussion was complemented by a 5-point Likert-scale feedback form that included a free-text section. The feedback survey focused on participants' satisfaction with the workshop, the quality of the presentation and the effectiveness of the poster design (strongly not satisfied, not satisfied, neutral, satisfied, strongly satisfied).<b>* </b>used in <i>Fig. 2A-C</i> and <i>3D &amp; E</i>; this shows the number of responses received for each question or statement
