Gene expression profile at single cell level of haploid partenogenotes and androgenotes from pronuclear stage to four divisions [scRNA-seq]

Partenogentoes and Androgenotes are constructs artificially conceived which are genetically composed of the unique genome corresponding to the original haploid germ cell used for their generation (oocyte pronucleus or sperm head). We used single cell RNA sequencing aproach to analyze the diversity of its blastomers along the first four cell divisions. Overall design: Single blastomers were isolated by lasser asisted embryo biopsy analyzed using RNAseq. Please note that each individual title corresponds to a different embryo and within each embryo there are different blastomeres (i.e. A3.2 (corresponds to cell cycle 3 of embryo number 2), A5-1, A5-2, A5-3, A5-4 (correspond to each of the 4 blastomeres that make up embryo A3.2)).
