WMS INSPIRE BPL Living in the Mühlenaue 1. Amendment

WMS service of the urban development plan “Living in the Mühlenaue 1st Amendment” of the municipality of Helmstadt-Bargen, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.黑尔姆斯塔特-巴根（Helmstadt-Bargen）市镇的城市发展规划《米尔瑙河谷居住（"Living in the Mühlenaue"）第一修正案》对应的Web地图服务（WMS），该服务基于5.0版本的XPlanung规划数据集，并依照欧盟空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）标准完成了转换。
