Number of registered pupils in the municipality who started on introduction programmes at upper secondary school 3 years ago with eligibility for university/college within 3 years divided by the number of registered pupils in the municipality who started on introduction programs at upper secondary school 3 years ago. As of 2016, students who graduated in Swedish foreign schools are not included. As of 2021, IB students will be excluded.
