Cytotoxic effect on Huh7.5.1 cells in the long-term HCV infection assay (Figure 5) were assessed by analyzing the ability to metabolize MTT as described in Materials and Methods. 10 µM flavopiridol was used as a positive control. Data are presented as relative cell viability compared to cells cultured in the absence of compounds. Mean ± SD from one representative experiment performed in triplicate are shown.
