This collection contains the results of the bioarchaeological analysis of cremation burials from the Los Tamarindos archaeological site from Tierra Caliente, Michoacan in the form of Supplementary Material. They are part of a doctoral dissertation at the University of Warsaw being prepared by the author of this supplement. This file additionally serves as an appendix to the manuscript in review on body perception in cremation burial practices in the Middle Balsas region during Postclassic period. The main text .rtf file contains a description of the methods used, data on the biological profile of the individuals buried in the burials examined, and a description and interpretation of the recorded paleopathological lesions. Moreover, Table Biological profile contains plain compilation of age and sex assessments of individuals without regard to description and footnotes. Each documentation photograph of paleopathological lesions are also provided in separate .tiff photograph.
