Identification of SIF gene via high throughput RNAseq data in mungbean

The flower of mungbean (Vigna radiata) exhibits typical left-hand corolla (observing from the back of the standard petal). To investigate whether this is genetically determined, we carried out a large-scale ? ray-mutagenesis experiment in mungbean. Three independent mutations possessing right-hand corolla were obtained with the given name sif (sinastra flower),and high throughput RNAseq data were constructed via the wild type Sulu and mutant to identify SIF gene.
