This study was aimed to map m6A modification landscape in different stages of duck skeletal muscle tissue. Samples at embryonic day 13 (E13) of duck represent myoblasts in skeletal muscle which did not differentiate, E19 samples represent differentiated skeletal muscle. We tried to profiled the landscape of m6A modification in breast muscle at E13 and E19. The transcriptome of these two groups was also compared.
