Address Register INSPIRE Date 3.4.2022

The address register authentically reproduces all addresses officially assigned by the municipalities throughout Austria. Thus, it is the reference of Austria’s addresses with regard to addressability, spelling, allocation of order numbers and spatial allocation. This central address database is part of the border register (§9a VermG) and is managed and updated by the municipalities and cities with the features listed in the Survey Act via a central reporting channel. The BEV – Federal Office of Calibration and Surveying provides the addresses in various forms. In addition to many other information, each address has a unique key (address code) and an exact spatial coordination (geocodation). The address code is a non-speaking seven-digit unique key of all addresses. No conclusions can be drawn from the sequence of figures on a classification of the award. If there are buildings on an address, a 3-digit subcode is assigned for each one. Address code and subcode together form the address number.本地址登记簿完整精准复刻奥地利全国各官方赋址的市镇所正式分配的全部地址，可作为奥地利地址在可寻址性、地址拼写规范、序号分配及空间归属方面的基准参照。本中央地址数据库属于（《测绘法》（VermG）第9a条所定义的）边界登记簿的组成部分，由各市镇及城市依据《测绘法》所列明的相关要求，通过中央上报渠道开展管理与更新工作。奥地利联邦校准与测绘局（BEV，Federal Office of Calibration and Surveying）可提供多种格式的地址数据。每条地址除包含诸多其他信息外，还配备唯一密钥（地址代码，address code）以及精准的空间坐标（地理编码，geocodation）。 地址代码为所有地址统一采用的无语义关联七位数字唯一密钥，其数字序列无法反映任何赋址分类依据。若某一地址关联多栋建筑，则需为每栋建筑分配一位3位数子代码。地址代码与子代码组合后即构成完整的地址编号。
