Access APIHistorical Imagery 1987\n\nCurrent and\nhistoric imagery form an important part of the NSW Foundation Spatial Data\nFramework and provide a valuable resource which is widely accessed by\ngovernment and the broader community on a daily basis. As the completeness of\nthis data base continues, its market demand also increases across a broad range\nof applications.\n\nSpatial Services\naerial imagery was originally captured using a variety of cameras including the\nWild RC-5, RC-10 and Leica RC-30 cameras with a variety of lenses with focal\nlengths of 88mm, 153mm and 304mm. Images were captured in monochrome or colour\nduring this period at a range of scales. Capture scales ranged from 1:5 000 to\n1:80 000.\n\nThe Historical Air\nPhoto Enhancement program (HAPE) not only allows the capability to search,\ndiscover and use source imagery, but also provides the delivery and viewing of\nenhanced historic rectified imagery mosaics. This new development means the\ncommunity at large can now access and utilise spatially accurate historic\nimagery:\n\n1.   Through\nthe Historical Imagery Viewer\n\n2.   Directly\nin a wide range for GIS Mapping applications as a Web map Tile Service\n(WMTS). 1987年历史影像API访问

当前及历史影像均为新南威尔士州（New South Wales, NSW）基础空间数据框架的重要组成部分，每日均被政府及广大社会公众广泛调用，是极具价值的核心资源。随着该数据库的完整性持续提升，其在多领域广泛应用中的市场需求也稳步增长。

空间服务部门采集的航空影像最初采用多款相机拍摄，包括Wild RC-5、RC-10及徕卡（Leica）RC-30相机，搭配焦距为88mm、153mm与304mm的不同镜头。此时期的影像以单波段黑白或彩色形式采集，比例尺覆盖1:5000至1:80000区间。

历史航空影像增强项目（Historical Air Photo Enhancement program, HAPE）不仅支持源影像的检索、发现与使用，还可交付并浏览经过校正增强的历史影像镶嵌图。这一全新功能使社会大众如今可获取并使用空间定位精准的历史影像，获取渠道包括：
1. 通过历史影像浏览器（Historical Imagery Viewer）
2. 直接以Web地图瓦片服务（Web Map Tile Service, WMTS）的形式应用于各类GIS制图场景，操作说明详见下文
3. 直接订购JPEG 2000（JP2）格式的镶嵌图并本地使用，可通过客户中心（Customer Hub）联系我方获取支持。

在ArcMap或ArcPro中调用WMTS
1. 打开目录窗口（Catalogue window）
2. 点击「目录 > GIS服务器 > 添加WMTS服务器」
3. 指定以下URL：
https://portal.spatial.nsw.gov.au/tileservices/Hosted/HistoricalImagery1976/MapServer/WMTS
4. 点击「获取图层 > 确定」
5. 在目录菜单的WMTS目录下，双击HAPE图层
6. 将HAPE图层拖拽至地图画布中
