变压器高价值专利数据,采集自公司自建专题数据库的发明专利和实用新型数据,对专利数据进行人工标引、评价打分、综合量化。有助于领域内的创新主体快速获得该领域内的高价值专利信息,加快对变压器领域核心技术检索效率,同时基于检索结果,企业可以结合专利具体信息深入分析,例如:按年份申请量分析发展趋势、按专利综合价值分析技术创新能力或水平差异,引导企业自身研发方向,避免重复研发及专利纠纷产生。数据基于AHP层次分析法,采用定量与定性相结合的分析方法,从专利价值度法出发,将专利价值指标体系分为技术价值、法律价值、经济价值3项指标; 技术价值指标由专利类型、同族专利数、引证数、技术先进性、技术可替代性等进行归一化处理得到,发明专利得分高于实用新型,同族、引证数越多分数越高,技术先进性、技术可替代性等由领域内技术人员进行评价打分,技术先进性越高分数越高,技术可替代性越低,分数越高; 法律价值指标由独立权利要求数量、权项数、专利稳定性、专利可规避性等进行归一化处理得到,独立权利要求数量、权项数越多分数越高,专利稳定性、专利可规避性由公司专利工程师进行人工评估打分,专利稳定性越强分数越高,专利可替代性越低分数越高; 经济价值指标由转让、许可、质押融资、市场规模等进行归一化处理得到,转让、许可、质押融资次数越多,金额越高,分数越高,市场规模由公司市场人员进行评估打分,规模越大分数越高; 根据以上指标建立3个维度的矩阵,分别利用层次分析法进行量化评估,得到综合评分,满分100分;最后,采用公式专利综合价值=α×技术价值+β×法律价值+γ×经济价值,α,β,γ为权重,且α=0.5,β=0.3,γ=0.2,据此所计算的专利综合价值越高代表专利的价值就越高,专利综合价值大于60为高价值专利。

High-Value Patent Data for the Transformer Domain: Collected from invention patents and utility model patents sourced from the company's self-built thematic database, manual indexing, evaluation scoring, and comprehensive quantification are conducted on the patent data. This dataset enables innovation entities in the transformer field to quickly acquire high-value patent information, accelerating the efficiency of core technology retrieval in the domain. Additionally, based on the retrieval results, enterprises can perform in-depth analysis by combining specific patent details: for example, analyzing development trends via annual application volumes, assessing differences in technological innovation capabilities or levels based on comprehensive patent value, guiding enterprises' own R&D directions, and avoiding redundant R&D and patent disputes. The dataset is constructed based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), adopting a mixed analytical method of quantitative and qualitative approaches. Starting from the patent value evaluation framework, the patent value indicator system is divided into three dimensions: technological value, legal value, and economic value. The technological value indicator is derived through normalization processing based on factors including patent type, number of patent families, number of citations, technological advancement, and technological substitutability. Invention patents score higher than utility model patents; the greater the number of patent families and citations, the higher the score. Technological advancement and substitutability are evaluated and scored by technical personnel in the field: the higher the technological advancement, the higher the score; the lower the technological substitutability, the higher the score. The legal value indicator is obtained via normalization processing based on factors including the number of independent claims, total number of claims, patent stability, and patent avoidability. The more independent claims and total claims there are, the higher the score. Patent stability and patent avoidability are manually assessed and scored by the company's patent engineers: the stronger the patent stability, the higher the score; the lower the patent avoidability (i.e., the more difficult it is to circumvent the patent), the higher the score. The economic value indicator is derived through normalization processing based on factors including transfer, licensing, pledge financing, and market size. The more frequent the transfer, licensing, and pledge financing activities, and the higher the corresponding amounts, the higher the score. Market size is evaluated and scored by the company's marketing personnel: the larger the market size, the higher the score. A three-dimensional matrix is established based on the above indicators, and quantitative evaluation is carried out using the AHP respectively to obtain a comprehensive score with a full score of 100. Finally, the formula for comprehensive patent value is applied: Comprehensive Patent Value = α × Technological Value + β × Legal Value + γ × Economic Value, where α, β, and γ are weight coefficients set as 0.5, 0.3, and 0.2 respectively. The higher the calculated comprehensive patent value, the greater the patent's value. Patents with a comprehensive patent value greater than 60 are defined as high-value patents.
