General secretion (secr.GFP) secondary screening

Confocal micrographs (TIFF image files) of Drosophila L3 fat body, corresponding to Fig. S3 in Ke et al., 2018. The compressed folder contains images for the wild type (WT_secrGFP.tif) and the general secretion secondary screening of the 88 intracellular retention hits in the primary Collagen IV screening (gene symbol_secrGFP.tif). Apart from the general secretion marker (secr.GFP) in green, plasma membrane is shown in red (myr.RFP) and nuclei in blue (DAPI). Images were acquired in a Zeiss LSM780 microscope with a 63x oil immersion objective.本数据集为果蝇三龄幼虫脂肪体的共聚焦显微图像（TIFF图像文件），对应Ke等人2018年发表论文中的补充图S3。该压缩包包含两类图像：其一为野生型样本图像（文件名为WT_secrGFP.tif）；其二为首次IV型胶原蛋白（Collagen IV）筛选中获得的88个细胞内滞留命中靶点的通用分泌二级筛选图像，文件命名格式为基因符号_secrGFP.tif。图像荧光标记如下：绿色通道为通用分泌标志物（secr.GFP），红色通道标记质膜（myr.RFP），蓝色通道标记细胞核（DAPI）。所有图像均通过蔡司（Zeiss）LSM780共聚焦显微镜采集，搭配63倍油浸物镜。
