The layer includes all the reference parcels and covered landscape elements (landscape element layers) defined by the Paying Agency Agrarmarkt Austria within the meaning of Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No 640/2014 and Regulation of the competent Federal Ministry laying down horizontal rules for the area of the common agricultural policy (Horizontal CAP Regulation) StF: BGBl. II No 100/2015
Reference parcel: is the physical block formed as clearly delimitable from the outside (e.g. forest, roads, waters) and by contiguous agricultural land recognizable in nature.
Landscape Element Layer: Layer containing landscape elements digitised in the GIS as a point or polygon as defined in Annex 1 to the Horizontal CAP Regulation that are located on, directly adjacent to, or at a distance of not more than 5 m from a reference area.
For technical reasons, the creation date of the geometries for the data of the years 2015-2018 is not technically unreliable. Coordinate system of data in the format Geopackage: EPSG 31287.
