RNA-seq of mice ginigival tissue under periodontitis

Establishing a mouse periodontitis model induced by ligation and applying c-di-AMP intervention during the model establishment process. Collecting local gingival tissue from mice with periodontitis at different treatment time points for transcriptome sequencing analysis to explore the changes in transcript levels in local gingival tissue after c-di-AMP treatment.
