FRM Local Plan Districts (LPDs)

Flood Risk Management Local Plan Districts (LPDs) are geographical areas that are designated for flood management under the Flood Risk Management Act (Scotland) 2009. These areas have been based on river catchments that can cross administrative and institutional boundaries, in some locations local edits have been made to ensure locations which are part of the same sewer catchment have not been split across LPDs. SEPA and responsible authorities use these areas for the co-ordination of flood risk management in Scotland and to develop ongoing partnership working.洪水风险管理地方规划区（Flood Risk Management Local Plan Districts，简称LPDs）是依据2009年《苏格兰洪水风险管理法案》划定的、用于开展洪水管理的地理区域。此类区域以可跨越行政与管辖边界的河流集水区为基础划定，部分区域还进行了本地调整，以确保同一污水集水区的区域不会被拆分至不同的LPD中。苏格兰环境保护局（Scottish Environment Protection Agency，简称SEPA）与各主管部门依托此类区域统筹协调苏格兰境内的洪水风险管理工作，并持续推进伙伴合作机制的建设。
