The dataset, derived from 500 Chinese genomics patents collected from the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), was constructed through manual annotation to create a specialized dataset for the extraction of genomic patent knowledge objects.The dataset identifies nine distinct categories of genomic knowledge objects: Gene Symbols, Diseases, Tissues, Organs, Cells, Functional Mechanisms, Regulatory Factors, Targets, and Species. Their definitions are as follows:Gene Symbol: A standardized name uniquely representing a specific gene.Disease: A state affecting the normal functional performance of the body or mind, typically characterized by specific symptoms and signs.Organ: A vital structure within an organism that performs specific physiological functions, composed of various tissues.Tissue: The name of the tissue from which the lncRNA was derived.Cell: The specific cell line or cell type used in experiments.Functional Mechanism: Within the framework of Gene Ontology, this refers to the specific ways in which a gene or its product participates in biological processes and executes molecular functions.Regulatory Factor: A molecule that physically interacts with lncRNA and influences its transcription, expression, or stability.Target: DNA, RNA, proteins, or other types of cellular molecules that physically interact with lncRNAs.Species: The specific names of the species involved in the research.The annotated data is formatted as (Knowledge Object, Type) binary tuples.
