These cards are filed alphabetically by subject; for each entry, precis of subject and appropriate registration number are recorded. Entries on each card are arranged numerically by file number. The cards refer to Treasury correspondence 1923-39 and to "A" series correspondence 1940-80, and are colour-coded orange for subjects and green for personal.1923-53 (19/19740-49), c.1953-80 (6/7372-82). 21 boxes.
