DSI – Special plans of establishment – expropriation plan, contour

This dataset contains the digital vector version of all contours of expropriation plans associated with special construction plans. Each plan is defined by its contour. This contour concerns the geometric envelope of all containing layers of the plan. Conceptually, it has been decided to draw a buffer around any line elements that do not occur within a base to allow them to be included within the envelope contour. The plan contour layer shall include the administrative data of the plan in the attributes.本数据集包含与专项建设规划（special construction plans）相关联的全部征收计划（expropriation plans）的数字矢量版轮廓（contours）。每项规划均由其轮廓定义，该轮廓对应规划所包含的全部图层的几何包络（geometric envelope）。从概念设计层面，已确立对未在基础图层（base）中出现的任意线状要素构建缓冲区（buffer）的规则，以将此类要素纳入该包络轮廓范围内。规划轮廓图层的属性字段需包含该规划的行政属性数据。
