Development and validation of a 40 K liquid SNP array for the sturgeon

This dataset contains genotype data used in the study for SNP discovery, SNP array development (“Xunxin No. 1”), and downstream analyses including population genetics, breed identification, and genomic prediction. The data are provided in PLINK binary format (.bed, .bim, .fam) and include: multi-166: Multi-species population (166 individuals) used for SNP array development Single-683: Russian sturgeon breeding population (683 individuals) used for SNP array development WGS-255: Individuals with whole-genome resequencing data (255 individuals) used for concordance analysis and genomic prediction CHip_qc: SNP array genotype data after quality control (294 individuals), used for performance evaluation and genomic analyses MD5 checksums are provided to ensure data integrity. The datasets correspond to those described in the Materials and Methods section of the associated manuscript.
