Influenza A virus Targeted Locus (Loci)

The NP genes from the influenza strains A/PR/1934 (H1N1) and A/Aichi/1968 (H3N2) were mutagenized and the resulting mutant plasmid libraries were used to grow mutant virus libraries. The mutant plasmid libraries and mutant virus libraries were sequenced in parallel with unmutated control plasmids and viruses.
