Buckinghamshire Council Brownfield Land

The council is required by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as revised by the Housing and Planning Act 2016) to prepare a Brownfield Land Register (BLR). The content of the BLR is prescribed by The Town and Country Planning (Brownfield Land Register) Regulations 2017.
