We tested two different types of pot cultivation systems to investigate the effects of the flowering medicinal plant Chrysanthemum, on soil organisms. By DNA metabarcoding approach, we investigated the taxonomic structures, alpha and beta diversities of both prokaryotes and eukaryotes, and the co-occurrence networks formed in Chrysanthemum-cultivated and uncultivated soils.
