Dataset and original codes for Single Cell RNA Sequencing Analysis of Oncolytic virus- and mRNA Vaccine-treated Mouse Tumors

This repository contains single-cell RNA sequencing datasets and original codes used to investigate tumor microenvironment changes following treatment with an oncolytic virus (T22H07) or a mRNA vaccine (M22H04). The data include cell material and sequencing quality control criteria, marker gene expression profiles of major cell clusters, copy number variation (CNV) analysis of cancer cell clusters, gene pairs indicating cell-to-cell communication efficacy, and gene expression profiles of neutrophils and macrophages. The codes set include PBS-treated tumor barcodes, PBS-treated tumor genes, PBS-treated tumor matrix, T22H07-treated tumor barcodes, T22H07-treated tumor genes, T22H07-treated tumor matrix, M22H04-treated tumor barcodes, M22H04-treated tumor genes, and M22H04-treated tumor matrix. The dataset serves as supplementary information for the publication titled "Heterologous Prime-boost with a mRNA Vaccine and an Oncolytic Virus Enhances Tumor Regression Through Overcoming Intratumoral Immune Suppression".
