资源简介:
Asian elephant (n = 6), domestic rabbit (n =8 ) and Brandt's vole (n = 8). Nine-month-old adult male voles were randomly assigned to treatment groups receiving fecal bacteria suspension per vole from elephant (FMT-E, n = 8), or rabbits (FMT-R, n=8) the other day (oral gavage), or to a control group receiving normal saline (Con) the once every day (Con, n = 8; oral gavage) . Twenty-month-old female voles were randomly assigned to treatment groups by oral gavage 200 μL fecal bacteria suspension per vole once every day for 6 consecutive weeks from elephant (F-FMT-E voles, n = 8), rabbit (F-FMT-R voles, n = 8), and their own group (F-FMT-V voles, control voles, n = 8). The setting and treatment of male voles was the same to those of female voles, with the following groups: receiving fecal bacteria suspension per vole from elephant (M-FMT-E voles, n = 8), rabbit (M-FMT-R voles, n = 8), and their own group (M-FMT-V voles, control voles, n = 8).
