1962 Census of Commerce: Survey Outline, Questionnaire, etc.

All establishments in Japan on the date of the census falling into JSIC Division G: Wholesale and Retail Trade, except the following:
1. Establishments belonging to the national government or to public or government corporations.
2. Establishments operated by foreign governments or foreign troops stationed in Japan.
3. Establishments without a fixed place of business and establishments without fixed business facilities.
4. Establishments set up within establishments that have entry restrictions such as entrance fees or require a permit, etc., and establishments on the premises of another establishment access to which is limited to specific persons.
5. Establishments that have been closed for three months or more.
6. Establishments preparing to start business.

所有在普查当日属于JSIC分类G：批发和零售贸易的日本企业，但以下情况除外：
1. 属于国家政府或公共或政府企业的企业。
2. 由外国政府或驻日外国军队运营的企业。
3. 没有固定营业场所和缺乏固定营业设施的企业。
4. 在设有入场限制（如门票）或需要许可证等准入限制的企业内部设立的企业，以及仅限特定人员进入的其他企业场所内的企业。
5. 已停业三个月或更长时间的企业。
6. 准备开业的企业。
