Bibliometric dataset: public policy research in the agricultural sector and its linkage to global value chains

Bibliometric analysis is used, covering the period from 2002 to 2025, based on existing literature on the Web of Science (WoS) platform. A performance analysis and a cartographic analysis are carried out in VOSviewer software with 165 documents.
