Fudan: ASH1 3'UTR level 0 sequencing file

This part is for the construction of our composite part (BBa_25AT6YR4) as a 3'UTR to guide mRNA to locate in the daughter cells, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted expression of the fluorescent protein and guaranteeing the continuity and accuracy of timekeeping (Bertrand et al., 1998) . It is a Level 0 of the Golden Gate assembly cloning method (Lee et al. 2025).
