Replication Data for: Seroprevalence and risk factors for SARS-CoV-2 infection in middle-sized cities of Burkina Faso: a descriptive cross-sectional study

This repository contains data from the COVID4P project (an investigation of the relationship between poverty, pollution, preventive actions, and the progression of COVID-19 in Burkina Faso). It currently contains Wave 1 data collected on a sample of 2,143 persons aged 16+ in Kombissiri, Manga and Pô (Burkina Faso) from June to July 2021. The data is part of panel, which has been conducted in one additional wave in December 2021. The repository includes data used for the paper " Seroprevalence and risk factors for SARS-CoV-2 infection in middle-sized cities of Burkina Faso: a descriptive cross-sectional study," whose sample is restricted to adult respondents with a valid RDT for COVID-19. The data has been anonymized to protect respondent privacy.
