Sequenced two of the most prominent foodborne pathogens that cause severe human illnesses worldwide, Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli O157:H7 and Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica serovar Bareilly with Oxford Nanopore's MinION sequencer, and the whole genomes of both samples were assembled and polished with only a 0.1% error rate.
